I saw them with Orion beer T-shirts at Naha airport. Presumably, school trips (SHUGAKU-RYOKOU: 修学旅行) led the students to wear their uniform even during vacation time.

I hosted a few of them recently. It’s a school sponsored program and some of them also stay with host families for a day/overnight.
Every school kid here on vacation buys a matching set of orion tshirts with all his/her friends.
They were all on my flight from Haneda. I was also curious about this as well. You could tell for quite a few it was their first time flying. During takeoff they kinda screamed and “ooh ahh’ed” as if they were on a roller coaster
