Help me find the name of this Japanese food

Hello, I recently ate this on my holiday trip in turkey and remember it was called miyazaki soup (and it was hot).

Now i’m trying to find this but i always get the cold miyazaki soup (Hiyajiru) in results.

Can anyone please help me with its Japanese name or what it is called correctly?
