Help, what is this bun/pastry called?

I used to get this specific bun at a Japanese bakery near me growing up but I can’t figure out what it’s called. In English I think it was just labeled “potato bun” or “potato bread” which doesn’t bring up anything close to it when I’ve googled that and similar key words. It was a mildly sweet bread bun with a whole baby potato in the middle. So when you bite into it it’s bread and essentially a mini baked potato. It looks similar to anpan but it’s just a whole baby potato inside. Not mashed, no other filling, just baby potato. This has been driving me crazy for years so I even made a diagram of the bun. I would love to find out the name in Japanese so that I can look it up and also find some recipes so I can make it at home. I’m not super knowledgeable at baking, I know I could just put a potato in a bun but I’d enjoy getting an actual recipe and figuring out the name.

If it helps the bakery was Pastry House Hippo, I know they’re a chain
