Truly can’t remember when I bought these. If I had to quote the over/under I’d say under 5 years ago. They look perfectly ok. There’s some numbers on the back which may indicate they expired in 2023 but I really can’t tell. I assume these are good to make dashi but wanted to ask if anyone has any input, can’t find clear answers online I’m seeing it says they’re good for a few months but I know that’s bogus, it’s a dried preserved food! Can anyone say if these are for sure Gucci or not?
