Anyone know what I’m supposed to do in this situation? Do I wait until it opens in the morning or try to get the car out somehow? No ticket on dash. Noticed other cars were locked in too. What is the purpose?

There’s signs that say the parking hours. Idk why maybe to deter people from parking overnight everyday
This happened to me. I had like 3 guys stand on the wire while I drove over it.
The few times I do park in this area, I put two wheels on the wire.
I didn’t know they actually used these wires. Tells you how late I’m down there
