This was the most sublime Egg Benedict I ever had. The Japanese interpretation was amazing. They used plain white bread instead of an English muffin. But is was great.
Now as an avid Tofu eater. The Japanese Tofu breakfast was a little plain and a little too firm for my. But also very tasty with the right toppings.
Ignore the Japanese croissant muscling into the photo. Obviously not Japanese food enough.
