Baked salmon, miso soup, okra & negi simmered in dashi, w/ Hokkaido sea bream salt, cucumbers & miso/mayo sauce, natto (always), spent bonito flakes from dashi sautéed with soy sauce, sake, and mirin

  1. btw u didn’t take a pic of the rice haha. assuming u had rice with the meal but didn’t feature it in the pic ?

  2. I keep trying to acquire a taste for natto, but I can’t get past the slimy texture in my mouth…
