Super Tasty Tsukemen from ShijoKawaramachi,Kyoto–

I recently had an amazing bowl of tsukemen in Kyoto’s Shijo-Kawaramachi area and couldn’t resist sharing it with you all! The noodles were super chewy, paired with a rich, savory dipping broth that was packed with umami flavor – so satisfying! There was also a side of lime slices and chopped onions; adding a squeeze of lime gave it such a fresh kick! Plus, there was a little bowl of soup on the side with tender pork slices and some greens – it was warm and balanced everything out perfectly.❤️
The whole experience was just awesome, every bite felt like a labor of love. Has anyone else tried tsukemen in Kyoto or elsewhere? What’s your favorite spot or go-to topping? I’m already craving another bowl! 😋
