After seeing it in a variety of food/recipe videos, my curiosity is finally peaked. Kinda curious to see if this is something I like, I can learn to like, or something I never want to see again in my life. My tastes are pretty flexible, so I'm guessing it'll be one of the first two, but we'll see…

Also, the package says to keep it frozen, but my understanding is that's mostly for long-term storage? Otherwise the fridge is fine if I'm going to be eating these within a reasonable timeframe?
