I made Tenshinhan (technically ankake tenshin chahan)


The chahan was from this recipe: https://www.justonecookbook.com/easy-fried-rice/ (but with lettuce) and the omelette and gravy was from this recipe: https://japan.recipetineats.com/crab-omelette-on-rice-tenshinhan/ (I used the sweet savoury gravy, not sweet and sour) it was very good but I would dial down the salt a little next time as both the rice and gravy were salty.
