USA Trader Joe’s has frozen made in Japan okonomiyaki w/ tuna flake and sauce inside. Who makes these mysterious made in Japan Trader Joe’s items?

They have green tea and oolong tea that are product of Japan. I'm thinking it is Itoen.
I think the okonomiyaki was $5.
