I ate at Sushiro for the first time and i loved it

Hey guys,
I ate at Sushiro during my first trip to Tokyo. Can someone explain how it’s so cheap? I ate plenty of tuna, eel, etc. and ended up paying 3400 yen for 2 people.
It wasn’t the best sushi I’ve ever had, but it was still super good 🤤
