Does anyone know another brand/version of miso that is similar to this Maurkome White Miso? (Taste, salt content) I use it in a miso salad dressing recipe. But now I have to live in a region of the USA where it is not available. ☹️ Most others I have tried are VERY salty or just have a very strong flavor. A Japanese friend suggested to just try to compare using salt content, but even for some ostensibly “white” pastes, it’s still very strong (maybe red?) tasting. Thank you in advance.
