Tonkotsu ramen with bean sprouts, pork, and Chiikawa fish cake – from a ramen pop-up in Japan

This was from a Chiikawa-themed ramen pop-up I visited in Japan. The ramen had a rich tonkotsu broth, lots of bean sprouts, tender pork, and a fish cake with a Chiikawa character printed on it.

It was unexpectedly filling and delicious. Cute on the outside, but seriously satisfying.
