今日は夕飯に吉野家の『牛玉スタミナまぜそば』を食べました。僕の好みで『ネギラー油』を追加でトッピングしてあります。
日本は今梅雨の時期&異常気象でとんでもなく暑い!
だからスタミナをつけたい!ので、食べることにしました。ニンニクが効いていて美味しい!
For dinner tonight, I had Yoshinoya's "Gyu-Tama Stamina Mazesoba." I added some "Negi ra-yu(Negi chili oil)" as an extra topping to suit my taste. It's the rainy season in Japan right now, and with the abnormal weather, it's incredibly hot! So I wanted to build up my stamina! That's why I decided to eat this. The garlic is really effective and it's delicious!
Incidentally, in the past, almost all noodles other than udon were called "soba" in Japan. Some vestiges of this name still remain today.
As a result, although this dish has "soba" in its name, it is actually a Chinese noodle dish similar to ramen.
