Day 1 of making meals with miso ☺️ – scrambled eggs with miso (thanks everyone who left a comment for my question yesterday “what to do with miso paste?”)

holy shit! this is a game changer for scrambled eggs! but I can see why I cannot use the miso paste that I have for making cookies since it is mixed with dashi,but I know now that I can use it for savory dishes

this scrambled egg is sooooo good to be partnered with sourdough toast and sriracha!
