Is my Kombu Tsuyu still good?

Found a bottle of vegan kombu tsuyu in the back of my pantry when cleaning it out. It says the best by date is "2024.9.21" but it's never been opened, completely sealed and kept in the back of a dark pantry. I would do a smell check but idk what bad Tsuyu smells like, especially since it's vegan so no fish ingredients.
