Just made this, pretty proud of it. Cabbage, carrot, ginger, soy sauce and black pepper mixed with egg and flour base. Added some shredded surimi this time because I had some leftover. Okonomi sauce is homemade too. Cooked on stove top, brushed with sauce, topped with Japanese mayo and bonito flakes. Served with a simple fried rice.
