This is what it’s called “mugen piman” (無限ピーマン)that you can’t stop eating especially with white rice 😀
That looks like cruelty to Japanese children! 🙂
Okay, by itself not so great. Over rice, ahh I see the point. But I’d cut the bell peppers way smaller so I can spoon it easier.
