Will black caps attract cockroaches?

For context, I live on the 5th floor of my apartment building and my house is fairly clean. It has been a bit messy recently as alot has been going on with work, school, and college applications but even recently I would say it's more messy than anything. I have only seen a coach roach once in my apartment and it sent me into a bit of a panic but even after a deep clean of the apartment and placing a few black caps I couldn't find any other roaches and have never see any other bugs in my apartment other than small fruit flies. Last week, I saw what looked like a dropping of some kind on the rug in front of my kitchen sink and immediately panicked again deep cleaning and spraying every opening with roach spray but still nothing. I saw another dropping today and want to place black caps again but I am worried that if they are from the lower floors that placing bait will attract them into my apartment. I have a pretty bad phobia of bugs and if I see one I am pretty sure I'd have a break down if I saw one so if anyone has any advice it would be much approached.

  1. Those days, yes. It works so well.

Now they are getting smarter and avoiding it right in front of my eyes. Now i tried to vacuum them and released it outside.

  2. Try ゴキブリムエンダー. You spray it into the air and the mist will spread through the room. it’ll kill any roaches hiding somewhere and also creates a barrier that prevents roaches from coming in.

If you really want something strong, use the smoke bomb. Takes a bit of work since and u need to air the room afterwards but that will almost guarantee a roach free house for a while.

  3. black caps do have a sort of bait inside to get the roaches to crawl into the caps, but that bait isn’t strong enough to lure them from entirely different places to yours. so you shouldn’t be worried that you are attracting roaches to your apartment using them.

but also the black caps aren’t working instantly and in fact are designed like that. the roach will go back to its nest and die there, spreading the poison. so even if you see the occasional roach, that doesn’t mean the black cap isn’t working.

  4. Empty the drainage behind the fridge, leave nothing in the sink and dry it clean before bed. Leave no water/food anywhere. That, plus the black caps, you should be good.
