I’ve seen one of these in my city and I only see people stop to take pictures, I’ve never seen anyone actually buy something from it.
You jest now but this is going to become a sustainable source of protein soon. They just need to be bred to be cheaper and taste better

I had tinned crickets once when a friend brought them back from Tochigi (or some other prefecture north of Tokyo, I forget). Went down OK with beer, though getting cricket legs stuck between my teeth wasn’t the nicest sensation.
