Why can’t I find a recipe for this?

Even the post this image links to doesn't have much info.

I'd like to make this at home because I have Celiac and I need to control for any soy sauce or Shao Xing wine 😭

Can anyone out there help me out? I have a huge Asian store near me – Enson for anyone familiar – and their prepared salad says absolutely nothing as far as a list of ingredients.
