Has anyone been able to recently extend their visas online with a Mac?
I am stuck at the My number card reading part… so right at the beginning. I managed to do this a couple of years ago, after much struggle though. However, this time, it just feels hopeless.

Yeah I have done it twice in the past on a mac. I had to always use Safari I think?
There are extensions you need to install in order to use your card reader through the web browser. Are you connecting via a USB card reader?
Someone made a post some time ago about needing to use Windows. Mac and Linux won’t work without a virtual machine. I’m sure it’ll work regardless of other posters say they got it to work
