Looks like regular parking P1-5 reservations are full. Looking around I found this other service that is a 10 min shuttle away. I didn't have to put money down but I reserved a spot. Is it legit? Anyone used this or a similar service?

I’ve never done it at Haneda as I live in Nagoya and twenty some plus years ago before they built the new airport, I used to do that all the time. It was legit more than twenty years ago, so I reckon it’s legit now.
Their parking lot is by first come first serves basis, if you are flying out early then you should be able to find a spot.
I’m facing the exact same issue, my flight out date all the parking is currently already reserved. Can anyone recommend somewhere I can park for Haneda departure that I can reserve? The vehicle will be parked there for ~2 weeks.
(If it matters, my outbound flight is on 12/21…)
The reserved parking at Haneda (P1-5) is only for a small section of each floor, maybe two rows. The rest of the parking is first come, first served. I park at the airport maybe 10-12 times a year picking up family or traveling myself and have never not found a good space. Sometimes you have to drive around a bit or use the upper or lower floors from the walkway floor, but spaces are available..
