Does the glass kewpie jar have a different taste than the regular squeeze bottle?

I just bought this one because the one I used to eat was out of stock and OMG it taste like a completelly different product, I am quite sure its not spoiled because it doesnt taste bad at all for a mayo but it taste way more oily and plain than the kewpie I am used to
