I really like the yakisoba sauce that this brand makes, but I can’t always find this product at the store in the city I live. Can someone hint me what ingredients I would need to make the sauce on my own? It says garlic pepper but I feel like I almost taste shiitake mushroom, I want to get the flavor right.
