Disclosure, I am not a professional. I am pretty sure 一人で here as a construction just means alone, solo, or by ones self. The も I believe means “too” or “also”. The で and the も here are separate instead of combining to form the “but” or “however” construct.
Read it like that: 一人で も やります
The も means something like “too”, or “as well” in this case.
