Mentaiko cheese udon with Jidori chicken

I’ve been playing around with this recipe for a couple of years.

Just toss (reheated frozen) udon noodles in a bechamel that’s had Mentaiko and dashi incorporated.

Chicken was marinated in shiro dashi.
