
I visited Japan for the last two weeks and adored this limited edition hotteok at 7/11. It didn’t have that crispy outer edge like most hotteoks have, it sort of felt more like a cross between an American pancake and mochi. I’m back in my home country now and hoping to try and reproduce something close to it, I was wondering if anyone might have a recipe or tips that could help me? Thanks in advance!
