Lucky enough to treat myself to the all you can eat Yakiniku recently and I really loved the house sauce that they have on the table, but google translate got me nowhere to figuring out what it is to try and recreate it at home. It definitely includes soy and sesame seeds but beyond that I’m not very good at picking out the specifics, but it was a great little dipping sauce and I’d love to either buy a ready made one or make it myself. I only have limited kitchen facilities in my work accommodation so if anyone can recommend a store bought sauce similar that would be GREAT!
