My husband and I stayed at a ryokan in Kyoto last night and this morning we were served this breakfast. Most of it was yummy but there were some things we couldn’t figure out.
we knew the top left was omelette and the top right was matcha pudding. the middle is obviously fish. (it was fantastic and the best part)
But what is everything else?
