Hayatoku-1 ticket shows date but no train number or time

Hi,

I booked a Tokyo → Hamamatsu ticket with the Hayatoku-1 discount, but something seems odd on my reservation.

The date shows up, but the train number and departure time don’t appear anywhere (not on the ticket, not on smartEx, and not in the confirmation email either). I’m pretty sure I selected a specific train and schedule during the booking process.

Does this mean I can board any train on that day, or is it still tied to the specific train I originally selected?

From what I understood, Hayatoku-1 tickets are usually limited to the train you choose, so I’m a bit confused.
