Japanese-style steak with 5 ways to enjoy it


I made a simple Japanese-style steak meal with a few different ways to enjoy it 😄🥩

Sea salt, garlic paste, mustard, a light soy dipping sauce, and a richer sweet soy glaze.

The marinated eggs are something I tried to recreate from what my mom used to make when I was a kid.

How do you like to switch up flavors when you eat steak or meat?

  1. If you can get a hold of fresh wasabi that’s always good. Had a steady supply from my butcher a few years ago but they’ve since closed and I don’t see it around much.
