Folks – hi,
I recently purchased Furikake after looking into making some sushi bowls. I purchased the katsuo Fumi Furikake but did not look at the ingredients. I cannot consume products with alcohol and its derivatives. The Shiso fumi furekake happens to contain no alcohol – great! I tried it by itself and it's interesting, but I'm not sure what it will go with besides onigiri.

What alternative Furekake brands would you recommend that are better than JFC, affordable (US shipping), and go well in sushi bowls?

What to use the Shiso Fumi that contains perilla leaf in?
(The salmon furekake I posted because I heard this has a strong seafood and ocean flavor. I'm looking for strong fish flavors)
