How many grams are there in a package of tofu in Japan? The recipe called for one package without mentioning how many grams, the one I bought was 500g and I found the recipe a bit heavy on the tofu compared to the pictures on the website. Other than that it’s delicious and the first time I tried cooking konnyaku this way!
