Traveling to Japan, what’s the most memorable drink or food you had.

Im from the US but ever since coming to Japan i feel like I started to drink a more variety of drinks. For food, I realized that I actually have been eating similar things on repeat just because of how cheap and healthy they are. My favorite drink so far has been umeshu and I love eating Tonkatsu/Ramen, but Im curious to know what people find most memorable coming to Japan in terms of drinks and foods!
