I reserved an item a week earlier at a cheaper price but got charged the newer marked up price. Their policy seems to suggest that they honor the price that is cheaper. The email includes the price that I reserved. Sadly only noticed when I got home.
(Or can someone with good Japanese skills confirm this: https://www.biccamera.com/bc/c/info/order/shop.jsp)
Can I return to the store and get the difference back? Asking before I go since the store is kinda far from where I stay. Difference is around 15k yen.

Best is to ask them online or call the store. ask nicely by mentioning the email price, the price you were charged, and the page you linked.
from the page you mentioned, yes they say the price most advantageous to you. but they have exception sometimes, they give example of their website exclusive items (but that’s not applicable to you, since you reserved at their online price) though I’m curious if there are other exceptions. check the email for clue if that item excluded.
If you are talking about net order service, my experience in most cases was you need to pay upfront online when reserving to get BicCamera.com listed price. If you decide to pay on spot while picking up, website campaign price won’t be honored and they will charge you OTC price. There’s really fuzzy clause about that somewhere on their website.
I had a situation where I wanted to buy a pair of headphones that had a much cheaper price on their webpage than the store, I called a clerk and told them I wanted to buy those but if should just buy online instead and pick it up a the counter, we are talking about 10.000 cheaper online.
They just allowed me to purchase with the cheaper price after reviewing between them.
