Why ntt east over nuro?

Is it really hassle to setup for nerd shit? Arent they both using ipv6??

  1. Idk, I switched to Nuro but if you are a docomo user with a family plan ntt might be cheaper.

I got Neuro before corona and it was great: fast install, zero outages, etc. I signed up to move service not long after corona, had to deal with support and, though this is only a personal opinion, it was a nightmare in my eyes and I decided never to use them again. NTT is also not perfect, but they’ve been better for me

  3. Nuro now only does MAP-E and blocks all incoming connections. This means no IPv4 address, and no ability to host services (like Plex or a VPN for remote access). If those don’t matter to you, it’s OK but otherwise avoid.

    No option for your own router, or to set their router to bridge mode.

    You will need your own WiFi access point as their router’s WiFi is awful.

    Their support is pathetic, but that’s pretty much normal these days. No one seems to have engineers any more.

    I have 1 year left of a 3 year contract and I’m switching as soon as it’s over.
