Currently (recently) measles, which has only appeared 2 or 3 cases a year in Japan, seems to be rapidly increasing due to the influence of inbound.
If you have not been vaccinated against measles, if you get vaccinated in advance, it will end with a minor illness when you get infected, so we recommend it.
If you are not vaccinated, you may have a high fever or a serious illness like Corona, so please be careful.

Measles? Really?
Luckily coming from Indonesia, we had this mostly since children so those that have survived it are immune.
This doesn’t have anything to do with “inbound” (stupid term, by the way because “inbound” is an adjective).
旅行先 would imply that measles cases are increasing because Japanese who travel abroad for vacation are getting infected and spreading the infection when they return.
