
So I finally opened a pack of Ichiran Ramen that I bought from Japan and my god is it delicious. This is my first time ever trying Ichiran Ramen although I have never been to the restaurant before so maybe not the same thing. Doesn't compare to non-Japanese ramen I have had here in thr states. I also have tried some other Japanese Ramen that is not ichiran it was delicious too!
My question is: why does Ichiran Ramen get so much hate? Do Japanese people think it's overrated too? By American standards or to me at least, most food in Japan is delicious so I don't question it much.

Note: for the record I did add my own little seasoning, I always experiment with food I can seperate flavors enough to know the difference.
