  1. Looks like unitree robots, so potentially, instead of importing foreign workers, they do foreign robots

  2. Robot is fine and good, as long as your economy can support it

    But does your economy can support it?

  3. If this method is possible, then it makes sense to actively pursue it.

  4. Are these fully autonomous metal men, or are they being remotely driven by some guys in Mumbai?

    Edit: Thinking about it, why not exploit the about ONE MILLION shut-ins who are of working age for this? Either as remote controllers, or put them in robot suits and have them pretend.

    At least that way:

    1. Cheaper AI that doesn’t need a whole building full of compute.
    1. No language fuckups.
    1. The shut-ins get paid, and their rotting corpses don’t need to be discovered after their parents die and they starve to death.
