I always end up finding the rare ones first…
But really I'm just having trouble snapping a good picture of an Okinawan Robin. They're too free spirited and move too much.
The Okinawan Triforce will soon be completed.

I would LOVE to get a picture of the Ruddy Kingfisher, personally. I hear them in the AM sometimes but have never seen one.
Dm if you want the location. Both at the same place. Just gotta be lucky.
I live at Sumuide beach,I hear and see aka robin almost daily this time of year.
