Hi! Would anybody have any ideas on if this soup has a name, or any leads on a recipe? I had it a couple of months ago in Taiwan at a Japanese restaurant at a resort in Beitou. It was listed on the menu as just 'garlic soup' and it was translucent with clams and tender garlic cloves.
I already emailed the resort but got no reply, does anybody know what this is? My husband said it was the best that he ever ate, so I need to figure out how to make it at home.
