Decided to try my hand at homemade sushi for the first time. I won’t lie rolling the rice and fish was way harder than it looked on YouTube 😅. The salmon slices aren’t perfectly even and my rolls are a bit lopsided, but they taste amazing! Definitely a fun experiment and I can’t wait to try again with more fillings and better technique. 🍣✨
