Free resource: fujiPod – Japanese study platform (dictionary, sentences, audio streams, kanji practice, lessons, and more)

I was working on a web-app aiming to help Japanese learners and published it recently.

For screenshots, see my post at [/r/languagelearning](https://www.reddit.com/r/languagelearning/comments/127d9vg/free_resource_fujipod_japanese_study_platform/).

**You can try it out at**: [https://fujipod.com](https://fujipod.com)

Here’s some main features:

* kanji, hiragana, katakana writing practice on touch devices
* dynamically generated stroke order PDFs for printing out
* word and kanji dictionary with example sentences and interactive kanji stroke orders
* original example sentences with audio recordings and links to words/kanji
* dynamically generated, customizable podcast-ish study streams that play word and sentence audio in intervals for background practice
* quizzes (fill the gap, multiple answer, etc.) with words relevant to the user
* study lists to organize dictionary entries and share them with others
* grammar lessons in text format with interactive elements (clickable words, stroke orders, recordings)
* social features (i.e. adding friends, following each others progress)
* also packaged as android app (available on Google Play) with native features like media audio controls

It’s **completely free** and doesn’t have adds, I hope to get some funding from user donations in the future.

Most of the content is aimed at beginners, but I’ll try to add more advanced content soon. It’s new, so some things might break.

If anyone has some time to **try it out** and provide some **feedback and suggestions**, I would really appreciate it! The best way to make sure I’m going in the right direction is to ask real life Japanese learners, thank you for your help!
