Can’t hide my excitement for Hiroshima’s Okonomiyaki

1. The first (and only) time I had okonomiyaki was when I was in Hiroshima on a class trip to Japan in high school. I remember sitting at the table in this little okonomiyaki restaurant and that was the exact moment that the jet lag hit me.
