Recipes to use Japanese rice

Hi everyone

I've been to Japan last October and inside a suitcase full of souvenirs I brought these two rice packages that I brought on Takayama morning markets.

I've been unsure of the best recipes to use them, and hesitating to make something that would not show their full flavour, since I won't be able to get more soon.

For the plain rice I thought of making some sushi/chirashi with half, and some Japanese curry with the rest.

For the "mixed" rice I have absolutely no idea.

Can you give me your suggestions on recipes to use both of them? I'm a fairly good cook and don't mind a challenge
