  1. What I love about this dish you shared with us is the delicacy of the broth! I make fish soup on the regular and make it in different ways, depending on the ethnic origins of the dish. But this particular bowl of soup really stands out, if anything due to the clarity of the broth. Thanks for bringing that bowl of ramen to life with us here! Kampai! Cat

  2. One of my favorite ramen’s of all time was a fugu ramen in Ginza that looked very similar to this.
