Looks like a fun craft project. Delicate breading doused and soaking in several sauces. Smear of something for extra wetness.

It’s very pretty. But you’d NEVER out Mayo on a Tonkatsu. Some form of quasi fusion dish. No cabbage either. No mustard.
Love the presentation! This looks delicious and the coloring of the sauce made me think curry until I saw in the comments itβs more a tonkatsu/bulldog sauce.
