a kyūshū delicacy: ニラ豚!!! i added scrambled eggs mixed with vinegar to keep the fluffiness and made it a more strong flavored stakina stir fry since this weekend is full of events for my family 🙂 we throughly enjoyed it and i’ll be making this again for my parents whenever we have thinly cut pork belly (especially since we have a garden full of garlic chives)
